Delivery

All our cutters are made to order. This means we need some time to print, package and dispatch your items. This processing time is 1-3 working days. This is from when your order is placed until the order is dispatched. Postage times are additional to this.

General UK Mainland orders arrive 3-5 days after the order is placed.

*Orders over £40 are shipped as a large package. All international orders are sent tracked and signed.

Returns

As our products are used in the preperation of food we do not accept returns.

If your product is damaged or broken upon arrival, please send us an image of the damaged item, along with your order number to info@KooKeeCreative.co.uk. Once we have received the email, we will rectify the matter for you immediately.

Can I cancel an order?

You may cancel your order for any reason upto the order being dispatched. Once the order has been dispatched it will not be possible to cancel the order. We will issue a full refund upon your order being cancelled.
